Delete your TrackAllerg account and data
Fastest way: in the app
Open TrackAllerg → Settings → Data → Delete account.
You will re-authenticate with Google, then all your diary data and your
account are permanently deleted from our servers. This is immediate and
irreversible.
Without access to the app
Email hi@trackallerg.net from the Google account
email you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my TrackAllerg account".
Deletion is completed within 30 days and covers: all diary entries (symptoms,
medicines, notes, locations, environment snapshots) and the account record
itself.
What is deleted, what is kept
- Deleted: everything stored server-side — there is no
server-side data other than your diary and account record.
- Kept: nothing. Anonymous crash reports (if you had
crash reporting enabled) contain no account identifier and cannot be linked
to you; they expire per Firebase Crashlytics retention (90 days).
- Data on your own device (guest-mode data or cached copies) is under
your control: uninstalling the app or Settings → Delete removes it.
